Last updated 26 August 2026These terms form a binding agreement between you and INFINITAS ECOMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated in India. They apply every time you browse this website, place an order or contact us through it.
By using the site you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, along with our privacy policy, shipping policy and refund and cancellation policy, each of which forms part of this agreement. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us. Orders placed with knowingly false names, contact numbers or addresses are refused automatically and may be cancelled without notice.
We publish a written specification for every line — material, grade, dimensions, capacity, finish and pack quantity as applicable. That published specification, not the photograph, is what we contract to supply.
Photographs are representative. Colour, grain, texture and surface finish vary between production batches, particularly on timber, textiles and coated goods, and screen rendering varies between devices. Where finish or shade is critical, order against the written specification and ask us to confirm the current batch before you commit.
Stock positions shown on the site are indicative and can change between page load and order confirmation. If a line is unavailable after you have ordered, we will tell you promptly and either offer an alternative, hold the order, or refund it in full.
Every price shown is inclusive of GST and shipping, in Indian Rupees. The total displayed at checkout before you confirm is the full and final amount payable — no charge is added afterwards.
The GST component is broken out in the checkout summary and itemised on the tax invoice issued with every order under GSTIN 10AAICI9499L1ZX. If you need the invoice raised against a business GSTIN, send us the details before dispatch.
Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed on your order is the price honoured. Where an obvious pricing or typographical error has occurred, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than supply at the erroneous price.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and it enters processing. Until then we may decline it — for example where stock is exhausted, the delivery PIN code is not serviceable, the details given cannot be verified, or the order appears fraudulent or is for resale in breach of these terms.
Order references are issued on confirmation and are needed for tracking, returns and support.
We accept UPI through our payment gateway, and cash on delivery.
Where a payment is debited but the order does not confirm, the amount is normally reversed automatically by the gateway within 5–7 business days. Contact us with the transaction reference if it is not.
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no surcharge on heavy or bulky lines. Stocked lines are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation, and estimated delivery is 5–9 business days across India.
Delivery estimates are indicative rather than guaranteed, and risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment has been received in full. Full detail — including PIN code serviceability, receiving heavy consignments and damage claims — is in the shipping and delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Unused goods in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery, with refunds credited within 7–10 business days of the goods reaching us and passing inspection.
Cut-to-size and made-to-order material, opened chemicals and adhesives, part-used bulk packs and seal-broken hygiene items are excluded once supplied, unless faulty or supplied against the wrong specification. The full terms, exclusions and timelines are in the refund and cancellation policy.
Many lines in this catalogue are industrial or utility goods. You are responsible for satisfying yourself that what you order is fit for your intended application, and for using it safely.

Third-party brand names appear only to identify the goods sold and remain the property of their owners.
We supply goods matching their published specification and will replace or refund anything that does not. Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including loss of profit, production time, contracts or goodwill — or for loss arising from your choice of material for a particular application, incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow handling instructions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
We are not in breach of these terms where performance is prevented or delayed by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disaster, fire, flood, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strikes, transport or courier disruption, power or network failure, or government action. Where such an event materially delays an order, we will inform you and you may cancel for a full refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bihar.
Before commencing proceedings, please raise the matter through our grievance redressal process — most issues are resolved there without further steps.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. We may amend these terms from time to time; the revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
